Calcium elementary 152.5 mg (citrate, durapatite/hydroxylapatite, saccharate/glucarate)

Magnesium bisglycinate (elementary) 30 mg

Vitamin C (acide ascorbic) 10 mg

Zinc citrate 3mg

Boron citrate 100 micrograms

Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) 5 Micrograms/200ui

Dosage: 1 capsules three times a day or as directed by a health care professional. Take with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
